At Modern Blinds and Plantation Shutters, our legacy spans over a century. As a family-owned and operated enterprise, we are dedicated to curating the ideal window treatment solution for every space. Our roots can be traced back to my grandfather-in-law’s paint and wallpaper store, Modern Wallpaper, established in Easton, Pennsylvania. My fiancé, Mark, transformed the business into Modern Blinds and Drapes, specializing in the sale and installation of custom window treatments for over 50 years. I had the privilege of working alongside Mark for 10+ years, developing a profound appreciation for every facet of the business. From welcoming new customers to assisting them in selecting products that harmoniously complement their space, to overseeing the installation process, I found fulfillment in every aspect. Subsequently, I embarked on my own entrepreneurial journey and founded Modern Blinds and Plantation Shutters. Presently, Mark and I continue to engage in sales and installations, while my mother, Jennifer, provides invaluable support behind the scenes, managing the administrative aspects of our small business. Additionally, my stepfather, Jonathan, assumes responsibility for the financial management of the organization, keeping everything in order. Together as a family we hope to help make your home perfect for yours!
